COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Establish the competencies required to be successful in the position.

ADVERTISING Advertise the position on popular and relevant platforms.
SCREENING Camino’s recruiter screens CV’s and interviews a shortlist of suitable candidates.
SHORTLISTING A shortlist is compiled. CVs are presented to the client with a short summary of our interview notes.
INTERVIEW ARRANGEMENTS Once the client has decided which shortlisted candidates they would like to interview, Camino arranges the interviews.
ASSESSMENTS Our psychologists determine which psychometric assessments to use. We arrange and conduct the assessments and provide feedback to management.
BACKGROUND CHECKS We conduct customised reference checks, which can include character, ITC, qualification, social media, and criminal checks.
FINAL INTERVIEWS Follow-up interviews are be arranged, as required.
CHECK-INS At the end of each of the first three months of employment, Camino’s recruiter will conduct a follow up interview with the candidate who was placed and will provide the client with feedback from these interviews
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN As an additional service, a personal development plan can be designed for the candidate placed, based on the psychometric assessment results and a comparison of these results to the responsibilities and competencies of the role.
